You'll shape engaging Sunday and midweek programmes, support parents, and pioneer missional outreach like holiday clubs, family fun days, and after-school events. You'll help children encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and feel fully part of church life—not just the church of tomorrow, but of today.

With a new Team Rector and fresh vision, we're investing in a culture of worship, community, and mission. You'll work alongside our Worship Leader, Operations Director, and Ambleside Parish Centre (home to food clubs, youth work, and more) to model the love of God to our town. Safeguarding and spiritual formation are at the heart of this role. This is a calling as much as a job.

If you love Jesus, have a heart for children, and want to pioneer with creativity and compassion, we'd love to hear from you.
