We are looking for an energetic and collaborative individual to work with young people. You will be involved in the existing youth ministry within Hesters Way Baptist Church and developing the work of Youth for Christ Gloucestershire.
You will be responsible for leading the youth work team within the church and developing the existing ministry. You will be part of the Youth for Christ team, involved in our schools ministry and starting new initiatives in Hesters Way.
We are seeking someone with the ability to work in a range of environments, both inside and outside of the local church context. The role requires a pioneer with a passion for Jesus, a heart for evangelism and young people, and a desire to see their lives changed by Jesus.
