The Bubble Church Minister and Equipping Lead is a unique, full-time role that balances local ministry at Ascension Balham with a significant national leadership position. As we scale from 80 to over 300 churches, you will act as the primary support for leaders across the Bubble Church Network, drive national expansion, and provide the specialised coaching necessary to ensure every new church plant succeeds.
Bubble Church is a Sunday church service especially for babies, toddlers, and young families. It's a puppet-packed, Jesus-centred, coffee-and-food-fuelled, 30 minute kids and families adventure.
