We are looking for a Team Leader to join our staff team who will envision and work with our children and families on Sundays and be the face of Little Saints. You will have a passion for children and a desire to see our large children’s ministry at St John’s (Little Saints) grow and develop, ensuring that our children are nurtured in their faith and friendships, and are released into their spiritual gifts and calling.
You will have a passion for enabling children to encounter the Holy Spirit and be a highly motivated individual. It is an exciting stage in the development of this ministry as we are experiencing real growth in the number of children that are coming to St John’s. These children and their families are integral to our vision at St John’s and ensuring their flourishing in God is a core priority.
You will develop and lead a team of volunteers, and be a key figure in the growing and shaping of St John’s vision for our Little Saints Ministry. The overarching vision for our Rising Generations ministry is to ‘Raise up a young generation, confident of who they are in God, rooted in Jesus and released by the Spirit to be leaders of hope and change’. You will play an integral role in enabling this vision to be fulfilled as part of the wider Rising Generations team.
We are a friendly Anglican church in Hampton Wick that loves welcoming new people to join us on their journey of faith and find a home with real connection and community. Everything we do is built around our core vision to "Love Jesus, Build Community and Transform Lives".
