As a practising Christian, you will embody servant-hearted leadership, ensuring OCH remains a beacon of hope for our society's most vulnerable. You will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with senior leadership experience in the homelessness, housing, or voluntary sector.
You will have a strong track record in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate complex funding environments and drive sustainable growth. With an understanding of trauma-informed care and associated services, your empathetic approach will enable you to inspire and motivate staff, engage effectively with commissioners, funders, and partners, and manage board dynamics with confidence and diplomacy.
