The Role: As an Outreach Tutor at New Way Tuition Ltd, you will be the guiding light for students with SEN seeking academic support. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing education and mentoring to students who do not attend mainstream education due to reasons such as SEN, SEMH, or risk of permanent exclusion. This is a deeply rewarding role with abundant job satisfaction, involving one-to-one and group sessions in subjects including basic Maths, English, PSHE, interventions, and mentoring, conducted at pupils' homes, local libraries, and schools. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Literacy and Maths, alongside experience working with children, including those with SEND. Our students range from EYFS to Year 11, and we operate up to GCSE/Functional Skills levels. A current Enhanced DBS is essential.

- Providing personalised tutoring sessions to students with a range of SEN, from complex needs to more minor learning difficulties.

Qualifications: At New Way Tuition Ltd, we value passion and dedication above all. However, here is what we are looking for:
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with diverse age groups and SEN students. (Needed)
- QTS (QTLS), PGCE, or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or a related field. (Preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
