The Role
As an Outreach Tutor, you’ll:
Provide 1:1 tuition in English and Maths (up to GCSE/Functional Skills)
Motivate and inspire students facing educational barriers
Tailor lessons to individual learning needs
Use creative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning
What We’re Looking For
Experience in tutoring or teaching (SEN experience preferred)
Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills (up to GCSE level)
QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree (preferred but not essential)
Patience, adaptability, and great communication skills
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
