Are you ready to take your passion for education beyond the classroom and truly make a difference? At New Way Tuition Ltd, we’re searching for enthusiastic and compassionate Outreach Tutors who want to help young people rediscover their confidence and love for learning.
At New Way Tuition Ltd, we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of the challenges they face. We specialise in alternative education, supporting students who may not currently attend mainstream school due to SEN, SEMH needs, or risk of permanent exclusion. Our goal is simple: to create engaging, personalised learning experiences that inspire students and help them achieve their full potential.
As an Outreach Tutor, you’ll play a key role in supporting students aged EYFS to Year 11, helping them rebuild confidence and reconnect with education. You’ll deliver one-to-one or small group sessions in subjects such as:
- English
- Maths
- PSHE
- Interventions and mentoring
Sessions typically take place in students’ homes, local libraries, or schools, creating a safe and comfortable environment for learning.

- A current Enhanced DBS
Desirable Qualifications
- QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree in Education, English, Maths, or a related subject
