We specialise in alternative education, supporting students who may not currently attend mainstream school due to SEN, SEMH needs, or risk of permanent exclusion. The Role
As an Outreach Tutor, you’ll play a key role in supporting students aged EYFS to Year 11, helping them rebuild confidence and reconnect with education. Sessions typically take place in students’ homes, local libraries, or schools, creating a safe and comfortable environment for learning.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for tutors who bring energy, patience, and passion to their work.
Essential- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Strong understanding of English and Maths
- Experience supporting students with SEND or additional needs
- A current Enhanced DBS
- QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree in Education, English, Maths, or a related subject
