At New Way Tuition Ltd, we’re searching for enthusiastic and compassionate Outreach Tutors who want to help young people rediscover their confidence and love for learning.

At New Way Tuition Ltd, we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of the challenges they face. We specialise in alternative education, supporting students who may not currently attend mainstream school due to SEN, SEMH needs, or risk of permanent exclusion. As an Outreach Tutor, you’ll play a key role in supporting students aged EYFS to Year 11, helping them rebuild confidence and reconnect with education. You’ll deliver one-to-one or small group sessions in subjects such as:

  • English
  • Maths
  • PSHE
  • Interventions and mentoring

Sessions typically take place in students’ homes, local libraries, or schools, creating a safe and comfortable environment for learning.

Your mission includes:

  • Delivering personalised tutoring sessions tailored to each student

Essential:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • Strong understanding of English and Maths
  • Experience supporting students with SEND or additional needs
  • A current Enhanced DBS

Desirable (but not essential):

  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree in Education, English, Maths, or a related subject
