Position Overview
As an Outreach Tutor at New Way Tuition Ltd, you will provide one‑to‑one and group tutoring, mentoring and interventions for students who are not in mainstream education due to SEN, SEMH or risk of permanent exclusion. Sessions will be delivered at students’ homes, local libraries and schools, covering basic maths, English, PSHE, interventions and mentoring up to GCSE/Functional Skills levels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions to students of diverse ages and abilities.
- Inspire and motivate students to overcome obstacles and achieve academic goals.
