New Way Tuition is an established Alternative Education Provider, supporting vulnerable children and young people through high-quality 1:1 and small-group tuition. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and help us attract outstanding, values-driven educators.
This is a key role focused on recruiting teachers and tutors across outreach and school-based Alternative Provision settings.
The Role- Source, screen, and interview teachers and tutors for placements across Essex
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, schools, and partner providers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first contact through to placement
- Ensure all recruitment activity meets Safer Recruitment and KCSIE requirements
- Proactively develop new and existing client relationships
- Maintain accurate compliance and candidate records in line with GDPR
- Proven experience in recruitment (education recruitment desirable)
- Good understanding of Alternative Provision, SEN, or education support services
- Strong safeguarding, compliance, and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, phone-first approach
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working to targets
- Values-led, professional, and passionate about improving outcomes for young people
Term-time only, with additional hours available during school holidays.
