The Role

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Commissioning Manager or Senior Care Manager
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, adult social care legislation and best practice
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams within residential, supported living or community-based care services
  • Demonstrable experience commissioning, developing or growing care services is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional, compassionate and person-centred care
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and service performance
