An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to join a well-established care provider delivering high-quality Domiciliary Care and Supported Living services across the St Albans area.

The Role

The Registered Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care in line with CQC standards and company values. You will oversee both domiciliary care and supported living operations, supporting service users with varying levels of need while driving compliance, quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
