We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in the Hersham area. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious care professional who is committed to delivering exceptional person‑centred care, building strong teams, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service delivery. This role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, or an existing Registered Manager looking for a fresh opportunity within a supportive and values‑led environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures
- Lead, motivate, and develop a compassionate care team
- Drive service growth whilst maintaining outstanding care standards
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Manage care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and staff development
- Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure safe, effective, and person‑centred care delivery at all times
- Maintain strong operational oversight including rota management and service efficiency
- Previous experience within domiciliary care management
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- Ability to inspire teams and create a positive workplace culture
- Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) preferred
- Full UK driving licence preferred
