A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and dementia care home located in the beautiful seaside town of Blackpool.
This is a confidential vacancy within a welcoming 29-bed service that currently holds a Good CQC rating across all areas.
We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking leader who can continue driving high standards of person-centred care, team development, and operational excellence ahead of the home’s next inspection.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
- Maintain high standards of care and compliance
- Ensure excellent resident and family experiences
- Support occupancy growth and positive team culture
- Work closely with the Deputy Manager and senior team
Requirements
- Previous experience within a care home management position
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Passion for dementia and elderly care
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Driven, energetic, and committed to delivering outstanding care
