Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience within domiciliary care management
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, high‑quality care
  • Ability to inspire teams and create a positive workplace culture
  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) preferred
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
