New Way Recruitment is working with an established domiciliary care provider to recruit a passionate and commercially aware Registered Care Manager in Bournemouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who can combine strong CQC compliance and operational leadership with a genuine commitment to enabling people to remain safe, independent and well cared for within their own homes.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the safe, effective and person-centred delivery of the service, including:

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
  • Maintaining strong CQC compliance and ensuring the service meets regulatory requirements.
  • Leading, supporting and developing care, coordination and office teams.
  • Ensuring care plans and risk assessments remain person-centred, accurate and regularly reviewed.
  • Maintaining robust safeguarding, medication, incident and quality-assurance processes.
  • Overseeing recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal and ongoing staff development.
  • Monitoring care delivery and responding effectively to concerns, complaints and changing needs.
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring staffing, rotas and service capacity to maintain safe and consistent care delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement while creating a positive, accountable and compassionate workplace culture.
  • Supporting sustainable service growth without compromising the quality of care.
  • Ensuring people receiving support are treated with dignity, respect and genuine compassion at all times.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has management experience within domiciliary care/home care .
  • Has a strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance .
  • Holds, or is working towards, a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management for Adult Care or equivalent.
  • Understands safeguarding, quality assurance and person-centred care.
  • Can confidently lead, motivate and develop a care team.
  • Is comfortable managing performance and implementing service improvements.
  • Has strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Can build trusted relationships with service users, families and external professionals.
  • Leads with compassion while maintaining high professional standards.
