We are seeking an accomplished Nurse Qualified Registered Manager to lead a well-established adult care service in Stourbridge. This is an opportunity for an inspirational senior care professional who can combine strong operational leadership with a deeply person-centred approach.

The Role

You will take overall responsibility for the effective leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified and consistently high-quality care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide visible, compassionate and inspirational leadership to the service and wider team.
  • Maintain strong clinical oversight, ensuring care is safe, effective and person-centred.
  • Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management and ongoing development of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements, legislation, safeguarding procedures and internal quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across care planning, medication, clinical governance, risk management and quality assurance.
  • Monitor service performance and implement robust action plans where required.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture where dignity, choice, independence and wellbeing are at the heart of every decision.
  • Manage budgets, resources and staffing effectively while maintaining excellent standards of care.
  • Lead confidently through inspections, audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Develop and empower a strong multidisciplinary team, creating an environment where people feel valued and motivated.

About You

You will be a Registered Nurse with proven experience within a senior management or Registered Manager position in adult social care . You will have strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks, alongside the confidence to lead clinical and operational standards.
