The Role
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory standards
- Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
- Safely administer and manage medications, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, responding proactively to changes in condition
- Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals and families
- Support and guide care teams to maintain exceptional standards
- Contribute to audits, governance processes and continuous quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
