We are seeking an ambitious, compassionate and driven Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join a well-established and growing home care service in Nottingham. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care whilst supporting the continued growth, compliance and operational success of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of a busy domiciliary care service
  • Assist in maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Lead, mentor and motivate care teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care
  • Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
  • Conduct spot checks, supervisions, competency assessments and care reviews
  • Support rota management, care coordination and service delivery planning
  • Monitor quality assurance processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
  • Assist with safeguarding investigations, incident management and risk assessments
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager during periods of absence

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within a Deputy Manager, Care Manager, Senior Care Coordinator or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of domiciliary care regulations and CQC requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing care teams
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and improving outcomes for vulnerable adults
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
