- What You'll Be Doing
- Co-ordinating care visits to ensure safe, efficient and responsive service delivery.
- Producing and managing staff rotas whilst responding effectively to changing care requirements.
- Supporting the recruitment, induction and ongoing development of care staff.
- Liaising with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure exceptional standards of care.
- Completing and reviewing care plans, risk assessments and service documentation.
- Monitoring care quality through spot checks, audits and regular reviews.
- Supporting the Registered Manager in maintaining CQC compliance and regulatory standards.
- Responding professionally to enquiries, incidents and out-of-hours issues where required.
- Building positive relationships with clients to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Ensuring care is always delivered with compassion, respect and person-centred values.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a Care Co-ordinator, Senior Care, Team Leader or similar role within domiciliary care.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A sound understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt in a busy environment.
- Confident using digital care management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
