We are supporting a growing organisation within the care and support sector to appoint an experienced Immigration Solicitor to provide high-quality immigration advice, case management and compliance support across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who understands UK immigration law and wants to work in a people-focused environment where their knowledge directly supports the organisation, its workforce and the individuals it serves.

The Role

You will provide expert immigration advice across a broad range of matters, with particular responsibility for:

  • Managing and advising on UK immigration and visa applications.
  • Providing specialist advice relating to
  • Skilled Worker sponsorship

, Certificates of Sponsorship and sponsored employees.

  • Supporting the organisation with Sponsor Licence compliance and ongoing Home Office requirements.
  • Advising on right-to-work requirements, immigration status and associated compliance matters.
  • Managing individual immigration cases from initial assessment through to resolution.
  • Keeping up to date with changes to UK immigration legislation, Home Office guidance and relevant case law.
  • Working closely with senior managers and HR to provide clear, practical and commercially appropriate immigration advice.
  • Identifying potential immigration risks and providing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Supporting internal audits, compliance reviews and immigration record keeping.
  • Preparing and reviewing immigration documentation and correspondence.
  • Liaising with the Home Office and other relevant bodies where required.
  • Providing clear guidance and training to managers around immigration and sponsorship responsibilities.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential and comprehensive case records.

About You

We are looking for a qualified Immigration Solicitor with strong technical knowledge and practical experience of UK immigration law.

You will ideally have

  • A current practising certificate and relevant UK immigration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the
