Nurse Consultant to work nationally with care home services, providing expert clinical guidance, regulatory support, and operational improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly credible nurse leader who thrives on making a measurable difference to care quality, resident wellbeing, and service performance.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Registered Nurse, Regional Clinical Lead, Quality Improvement Consultant, Turnaround Manager, Clinical Director, or Senior Operations Professional with a strong understanding of CQC regulatory requirements within adult social care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives across multiple care home services.
- Support services in preparing for CQC inspections and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Conduct mock inspections, quality audits, and governance reviews.
- Identify risks, implement action plans, and drive sustainable service improvements.
- Provide expert guidance on clinical governance, safeguarding, medication management, and best practice.
