The Role
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory standards
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
  • Safely administer and manage medications, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
  • Monitor residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, responding proactively to changes in condition

What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN
