Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic clinical leadership across the nursing service, promoting excellence in resident care.
- Lead, mentor and develop nursing teams, fostering a positive, supportive and accountable culture.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous quality improvement through audits, action plans and evidence‑based practice.
- Oversee medication management, infection prevention and control, safeguarding and risk management.
- Support recruitment, induction, retention and professional development of nursing staff.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, incidents and performance indicators, implementing improvements where required.

About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC Pin.

- Confident managing audits, safeguarding, medication management and compliance.
