Multi-Site Registered Manager to provide leadership across multiple adult social care services in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who can balance strong operational management with exceptional person-centred care

We are looking for a confident leader who can inspire teams, drive quality and compliance, develop staff and ensure every person supported receives safe, dignified and genuinely individualised care.

The Role

You will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple services, ensuring consistently high standards of care, safeguarding, governance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead and support Registered Managers and care teams across multiple services.
  • Promote an individualised, compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
  • Maintain strong compliance with
  • CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, care standards and organisational policies
  • Monitor service quality through audits, reviews, action plans, incidents and performance data.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure learning is embedded across services.
  • Ensure people supported have meaningful choice, control, independence and dignity.
  • Lead on safeguarding, risk management, incident management and regulatory reporting.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor and develop high-performing care teams.
  • Promote a positive culture built around compassion, accountability, respect and inclusion
  • Work collaboratively with families, professionals, commissioners and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective staffing, resource management and operational performance.
  • Provide visible, supportive leadership and act as a positive role model across all services.

About You

You will ideally have

  • Proven experience as a
  • Registered Manager within adult social care
  • Experience managing more than one service, or demonstrable readiness to progress into multi-site leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of
  • CQC compliance, safeguarding, quality assurance and care governance
  • A track record of improving service quality and developing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes
  • The resilience, organisation and commercial awareness required to manage multiple priorities effectively.
