Clinical Lead to join their team on an interim basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who can step into the role immediately, provide visible leadership and ensure consistently high standards of clinical care, governance and team performance.
The successful candidate will be someone who is confident operating at a senior level, able to build strong relationships quickly and comfortable taking ownership in a busy rehabilitation environment.
The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership across the service, supporting the wider team and ensuring residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing strong day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight.
- Supporting and developing the clinical team to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensuring care plans, assessments and clinical documentation are accurate, effective and up to date.
- Monitoring clinical standards and ensuring best practice is consistently followed.
- Providing guidance and support to nurses and wider care teams.
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals.
- Supporting clinical governance, audits, risk management and quality improvement.
About You
We are looking for an experienced clinical professional with a strong background in senior clinical leadership.
You will ideally have
- Previous experience as a
- Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse or similar senior clinical position
- You must be
- RGN/RMN qualified to be considered for this role
- Experience within rehabilitation, healthcare, nursing or a comparable clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence to lead, influence and support a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to quickly understand a service and make a positive impact.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
