Rolling Shift Pattern (3 on 4 off one week, 4 on 3 off the next week). 12 hour shifts 8:00am-20:00pm (Days) and 20:00pm - 8:00am (Nights) 11 hours paid with a 1 hour unpaid break

You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe, person-centred environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs
Encouraging independence, choice, and community participation
Providing personal care where required
Supporting individuals with positive behaviour support plans
Assisting with medication and daily living activities
Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support
Maintaining accurate records and following individual care plans
Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centred care at all times
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex care needs is desirable
Experience supporting individuals with autism, behaviours that challenge, or mental health needs is advantageous
A caring, patient, and compassionate approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends where required
