Registered Care Home Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a stable and supportive
30-bed care home with good occupancy and a fully staffed team.
The successful candidate will be passionate about providing resident-focused care, driving high standards, and fostering a welcoming, safe environment where both residents and staff feel valued and appreciated.
The Role
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional person‑centred care.
- Overseeing compliance and ensuring the home maintains and exceeds regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining occupancy levels while building trusted relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
- Driving continuous improvement through innovation and effective leadership.
- Managing budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
About You
- Previous management experience in elderly residential or dementia care.
- Nurse qualification preferred but not essential.
