What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, effective and person‑centred care delivery.
- Managing compliance with CQC regulations, policies, procedures and best practice standards.
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of care professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, supervision and retention of care staff.
- Monitoring service quality through audits, spot checks, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.
- Managing care packages, rota efficiency and service growth opportunities.
- Driving business performance through achievement of operational and quality KPIs.
- Supporting on‑call duties on a rota basis.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within domiciliary care at Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Care Coordinator level.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining exceptional standards of care.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, person‑centred support.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
