Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight across two adjacent care settings
  • Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care delivery at all times
  • Lead on care planning, clinical assessments, and risk management
  • Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and clinical governance frameworks
  • Lead audits, medication management, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for external professionals and families
  • Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to drive service excellence
  • Provide cross-cover to ensure consistency and continuity of care

About You

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active PIN
  • Proven experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within care
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice
  • Confident in leading teams and managing clinical standards
  • Compassionate, resilient, and values-driven
  • Flexible to work 5 days over 7, including early, mid, and late shifts, with weekends on a rota basis
