We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Clinical Manager to join a large, well-established nursing home in Essex on an immediate basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader to support the home in maintaining high standards of care, clinical governance, compliance, and team performance during a key operational period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership across the home.
- Support and develop the nursing team to deliver outstanding resident care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
- Oversee clinical audits, care planning, medication management, and risk assessments.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent clinical outcomes.
- Support occupancy, reputation, and operational performance where required.
Requirements
- You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN to apply.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager, Deputy Manager, or Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
