The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with their everyday lives, helping them maintain independence, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, person-centred support
- Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal care where required
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Supporting with meals, activities and community involvement
- Building trusting and respectful relationships
- Supporting individuals to develop life skills and confidence
- Following individual care and support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues
- Promoting dignity, privacy and wellbeing at all times
- Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
No Experience Needed
This role is open to candidates with no previous care experience. You could have experience in hospitality, retail, childcare, customer service or simply have the right personality and attitude to care for others.
