We are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor. You can either be a fully fledged Managing Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor who heads up a team who is ready for their next step up the ladder.
A national Main contractor based in Peterborough with an annual turnover of circa £80 million is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to be based on site and head office.
Responsibilities:- Experience of managing residential developer on refurbishment projects within social housing projects.
- Managing a team of 10-15.
- Taking full commercial and contractual control on site.
- Client Facing.
