A dynamic and forward-thinking Regional Contractor has a great opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their flagship office near Halesowen. If you are ambitious, career-minded and want to be a Lead Quantity Surveyor, we are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their fit out division on projects between £100k and £1m in value.
The Quantity Surveyor will assist with commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects and will need to have a solid track record of successfully delivering projects in a competitive environment that primarily covers new build projects.
- Construction qualification
- Track record working for a reputable contractor
- Able to deliver projects from start to finish assuming full commercial responsibility
- Experience working on commercial fit out projects is advantageous
