We’re seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with 3+ years’ experience to support a busy Partner & Associate allocation, managing diaries, inboxes, travel, financials, and day-to-day admin.
You will be joining a leading global City law firm with a creative, down-to-earth flair.
Legal Secretary duties consist of:
- Complex diary and inbox management, arranging international travel and meeting itineraries.
- Coordinate billing and financial efficiencies.
- First point of call for clients.
General admin duties. We are seeking previous legal secretarial experience ideally from an IP/Patent background.
