We’re seeking an experienced, part-time Legal Secretary who has able to support senior partners as part of a job-share. You will be joining a leading global City law firm with a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.
Legal Secretary duties consist of:
- Complex diary and inbox management, arranging international travel and meeting itineraries.
- Establish and build relationships across the business and with clients.
- BD activities including involvement in the preparation of pitches and presentations.
- Act as a trusted right hand to the partners, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities with confidence.
- Manage financial efficiencies.
- Mentoring Junior Legal Secretaries.
As a Legal Secretary you will be very well organised, be a self-starter, and have excellent communication skills. We are seeking previous legal secretarial experience ideally from a disputes background.
