As a Junior Legal PA, you’ll play a key role in supporting talented lawyers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to excel in a client facing and administratively intense role within a firm that actively strives to be the best in industry and is committed to the development of its people.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with travel requirements
  • Arranging meetings, refreshments, and conference rooms
  • Inbox and diary management
  • Assisting lawyers in the billing and credit control process
  • Assisting the marketing team to complete marketing packs and badges, assisting with seminars
  • Other general support to the team
  • Assisting with new client/matter inception (using Intapp)

We’re looking for strong experience or knowledge of using Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ChromeRiver, Elite, Document Management System (Netdocs), Intapp, although full in-house training will be provided. If you have Employment law experience… even better!

Experience within the legal industry is required.
