Legal Document Production Assistant – Remote (MUST HAVE LEGAL EXPERIENCE)
Shift pattern is required - 8.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday. The successful individual will be flexible with this working pattern. Must also have access to London for monthly meetings.
We have a wonderful opportunity open for an experienced and strong Document Production Assistant for a leading UK law firm. Renowned for providing high-quality legal services across various sectors, their profound client portfolio separates them from the rest.
Remote working is available for this Document Production position; however, access into the Kent/London office is essential and would be requested at least twice per month for team meetings and interactions.
Duties are:
- Ensuring documents are completed within specified time frames
- Strong communication and regular updates to fee earners and legal secretaries where appropriate
- Produce accurate and high-quality audio and script work using several of our software packages and document management system
- You will have excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pdfDocs and Bundledocs, although training will be provided.
