New Vision Display (NVD), a global manufacturer of small to mid-sized touchscreen display components for some of the world’s leading brands, is hiring a full-time Sales & Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth across Europe. NVD’s expertise includes passive and active-matrix liquid crystal displays, projected capacitive touch technology, and chemical strengthening of glass for cover lens and aftermarket screen protectors. NVD is a one-stop solutions partner for display and touch modules and periphery, providing full-service product design, new product introduction, precise manufacturing, logistics and local support.

This is a full-time position based remotely in Europe reporting directly to the VP of Sales. We are looking for a self-motivated, high-performing individual with deep experience in both B2B sales and the display and touchscreen industry.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively cultivate strategic partnerships with key customers to drive new business opportunities.
- Align NVD’s resources and solutions with customers’ product roadmaps and growth strategies.
- Define and prioritize business opportunities based on evolving market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Lead business development efforts to expand NVD’s presence and penetration in European markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support senior management with active regular communication and reports.
- Meet or exceed revenue and lead-generation targets while maintaining a strong, qualified sales funnel.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in display and touchscreen technologies.
- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development roles.
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- Engineering experience in key market segments including medical, automotive, industrial, or consumer.
- Ability to communicate in German, French, and/or Polish is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally internationally.
