Christ Church Woking is a charismatic Anglican church based in the heart of Woking town centre, with a vision to love God in worship, love each other in community, witness to Christ in word and action, welcome in newcomers, and to be a blessing to the world.
The church membership is around 300 adults, with roughly 350 adults and children worshipping on a Sunday.
The Operations Director will play a key role in all areas of strategy, vision, planning, and delivery.
- You Will Have
- Experience of management and/or leadership in a business, public or third‑sector role.
- Experience of managing projects, budgets and delivering strategic priorities.
- Experience of leading teams and overseeing staff, able to motivate them and yourself.
- An understanding of business and/or charity finance, to oversee church operations.
- A passion for Jesus, and a desire to use your God‑given gifts for organisation, strategy, and delivery to strengthen the work of His church.
