St Stephen’s Church in Tonbridge is seeking a full-time Youth Ministry Resource Hub Lead to shape youth ministry across the Diocese of Rochester and within St Stephen’s Parish. You will lead and grow ministries for young people aged 10–18.
The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on ministry. You will inspire, equip and develop volunteers, and uphold safeguarding and wellbeing for all young people.
