Join us as Associate Rector/Minister Full-time | Large 4 bed housing provided LPC is a large and growing church in the HTB Network.
Since revitalisation in 2022, LPC has grown to 350+ across three Sunday services, 180 in groups, and large number of guests on Alpha each year and a thriving rising generation ministry.
Responsibilities Drive growth and discipleship across one of our main Sunday congregations Preach and teach, to equip the church for works of ministry (Eph 4).
Lead and multiply Alpha and groups, helping people find faith and community Plant an evening service, to reach more people with Jesus.
Oversee family and youth ministry, raising a new generation of disciples Shape vision and strategy alongside the Rector and senior team This is a senior clergy leadership role with real opportunity to shape the future of a growing church, develop your own leadership, and help multiply new communities of faith across the region.
