St Barnabas Woodside Park in North Finchley is seeking an experienced Director of Operations and Governance to provide strategic oversight across finance, HR, facilities, information systems and compliance, and to lead the implementation of a new governance framework across our growing family of church plants.
You will be in the room where significant decisions are made, bringing operational rigour and deep personal faith, ready to shape strategy, mentor staff, and roll up sleeves as needed.
