St Aldates Church is seeking an Alpha & Groups Ministry Coordinator to strengthen pathways from Alpha into Groups and broader church community.
You will work closely with the Alpha Lead and Head of Groups to deliver logistics, outreach and volunteer coordination.
This role requires strong relational skills, strategic thinking with practical execution, and a deep commitment to church life.
You will be part of a busy ministry team serving on Sundays and during midweek programmes.
