St John’s Beckenham is seeking a Next Generation Lead to grow and develop ministry with children, young people, and families within the church and parish. This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, aimed at helping the next generation know Jesus and belong in church life.
You will lead and develop children’s and youth programmes, build volunteer teams, and work with clergy to cultivate a shared vision for worship, outreach and discipleship while upholding safeguarding commitments.
