Ivy Church is seeking an experienced Discipleship Leader for Children and Families to provide strategic and pastoral leadership across ministry for ages 0–10 and their families. You will shape a discipleship pathway, equip parents to nurture faith at home, and build volunteer teams to support Sunday programs.
The role requires the ability to lead, teach and pastor in Spirit-led environments, plus a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and strong ministry practice across the department.
