Christ Church Brixton Road is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the smooth running of church operations and coordinate cross-parish activities, including St Matthew’s at Elephant and Castle. This role combines operational management with strategic projects funded through mid-2028 to grow the bilingual English-Spanish parish approach.
You will work with the incumbent, senior leaders and the PCC to implement policy, manage HR and facilities, and support finance and fundraising.
