The role supports the Site Manager in presenting premises to a high standard and managing maintenance within budget, requiring practicality, teamwork and enthusiasm.
The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a salary of £26,216 per year, eligibility for a non-contributory pension (8%), plus free lunches and parking in a pleasant environment.
